When booking through Vagaro, you’ll be asked to place a card on file. This is to protect my time and enforce the cancellation policy if needed. In most cases, you will be asked to present your method of payment at each visit, as I use a different platform to process all other charges.

You’re welcome to pre-pay or pay at the time of service via Venmo (@josieterrylmt) or another preferred method (cash, tap-to-pay, and all major credit cards are accepted).

Paying through Venmo keeps processing fees low, and it offers a quick, contactless checkout option for your convenience.

My office is located at 700 Independence Circle, Suite 2B, inside Therafusion Massage. (Please note: Many people accidentally head to 700 Independence Blvd across the street — double check that your GPS says Circle!)

We’re in the Lakeshore Medical and Dental Center, a large multi-story building situated right beside the lake. Look for the building name at the top, and you’ll know you’re in the right place.

There’s a large, free parking lot surrounding the front and sides of the building. Enter through the main glass doors, and you’ll see an elevator immediately inside. Head up to the second floor where you’ll find me in Suite 2B.

Always shower before your appointment. While I have zero expectations around body hair, I do find that stubble can cause discomfort during massage — so there’s no need to shave unless it’s your personal preference.

Have a light snack beforehand if needed to keep your blood sugar steady. Hydration is key, too — drink water before and after your massage.

Please arrive about 15 minutes early to give yourself time to find the office, settle in, and use the restroom if needed.
