Supporting Your Body, Brain, and Sensory Needs
True healing happens when your nervous system feels completely safe. Because I navigate the world with autism and sensory processing differences myself, I understand firsthand how overwhelming traditional environments can be.
My practice is intentionally designed to support complex bodies and brains. Whether you are neurodivergent, navigating joint hypermobility, or managing connective tissue disorders like EDS, you don’t have to translate your pain or mask your needs here.
A Slow, Targeted, and Safe Approach
Hypermobile joints and overactive nervous systems require a very specific touch. My signature style is slow and highly targeted, focusing on neutralizing a hyper-vigilant nervous system, relieving painful trigger points, and gently unwinding tight fascial chains.
Because protecting your joint stability is my priority, I work entirely within your comfort zone. I do not perform stretching, range of motion techniques, or joint traction without your explicit consent.
A Space Built for Physical and Sensory Safety
Every session is rooted in deep nervous system relaxation, intuitive fascial work, and absolute consent. You deserve a therapeutic experience where you don’t have to explain yourself. Come as you are.
